The Heat Emitter is 60 watts, but better heat distribution than other higher watts on the market. It also has a protective screen meshing unlike other products to protect the animals from contact.
The new EB UVB address the past problems with burn out rates that is so common in many UVB lights. They provided perfect heat temperatures and excellent UVB output with improved durability. Best of all, the customer service is excellent with out experience being only a few days from order time to delivery.... something that was lacking seriously with other companies.
The Mega-Ray SB lamp emits a wider, but more contentated UVB area. It is designed to direct the majority of the UVB from the face of the bulb, rather than diffuse it across a 180° angle. With this you are getting more UVB than a spot, but in a flood form.
We have these set up and UVB meter monitoring with temperatures. The 100 Watt in a 30 gallon has a basking temp of 105-110 and UVB output of 240 @ 15 inches from basking spot. The 160 watts on larger tanks and also the 60 watts with the HE is well balanced.
This company also carries one of the best UVB meters on the market for the reptile trade and temp guns. A win situation all around for the owners and the animals.

PROS:
This company has the long established Westron Lighting Company Products that have lead the UVB Industry with some of the best quality lights and now they have improved development, durability and most of all excellent customer service.
CONS:
Initial cost of the EB is higher than SB, but your getting added lifetime and then only have to replace the bulb
