A Short Rant about Classifieds......"Will Breed .........

I am growing very tired of seeing people advertise snakes for sale that state "this snake will be ready to breed this coming season". What exactly are they trying to say:

A) This snake is almost ready but will probably need another year.

B) This snake is ready to breed this year (2003)

Seeing as we are well into the breeding season......I think that a seller stating "Will be ready to breed this coming season" really means (A).

Why don't people just say that instead of luring herpers into to dishonest deals. I suppose you could say it's not dishonest but more of a twist on words. Either way I am very sceptic of purchasing snakes from anyone who uses that in their sales pitch.

What do you guys/gals think and how do you recieve those words in a "for sale" add.

Off the soap box,
Russ
