either choice is fine but only one species per tank. 20 gal for one. do not mix species. gutloaded crickets are usual food for frogs. wild caught moths are good if no pesticide/ fertilizer/weedkiller in the area. bed-a-beast is best substrate. mix with composted leaves/bark nuggets. do not use gravel that can be swallowed. your setup needs shallow water bowl to sit in, not swim. background on three sides of tank. cork bark pieces glued to back wall for frog to hide behind. driftwood. snake plant and pothos/ivy.
