I owned 2 hatchling cornsnakes for about month before they both escaped. I have no idea how. I started my search for them right away. After looking threw my room I just about gave up. I decided to clean up a little so I started on my bed. The first sheet I took off there was one little baby taking a nap. I looked everywhere in my house for the next week not finding anything. I pretty much gave up.
Now it has been exactly 6 weeks since they both were gone. And today a girl came to my door around 9:00 P.M. and said they had a snake problem. She sadi there was a thin red and yellow snake in their backyard. These people are atleast a mile away. I go to her house and find a group of people on their porch scared of this snake. I live in DE so i was really curious to find a red and yellow snake. Anyway, I looked under a bush and there was my baby. I was so shocked to find my baby albino cornsnake a mile away , 6 weeks later and alive. Just tells ya to never stop looking !!!!!!
