Food quantity for common snapping turtle

My common snapper is about 11" round, and I just wanted to know how much I should feed it. I'm feeding it both raw and cooked chicken, gutloaded crickets, reptomin, earthworms, grub worms, raw fish, frozen/thawed mice (w/calcium and vitamins injected into them), mealworms, various other flying insects, crawdads, beef liver, etc, and she is also offered various types of fruits and veggies (although i haven't seen her eat any of it).

She seems to not care about earthworms or crickets very much. They usually just die in her enclosure.

Anyway, is there some type of set rule? I know some people say to just quit feeding when her feeding response slows down, but I've also heard of obese turtles. Any help is appreciated.
