SOUTHERN FLORIDA CORUCIA RESEARCH CENTER (SFCRC)

Hello to all who apply,

It has come to my attention that some of you new to the world of Corucia zebrata, may not know of the climbing needs of this species. This a high-canopy Arborial species with a STLI (Skink Trophic Level Index) value of .17 which is the highest of the Scincidae (Skink family). A PTS (or MTS as some are using as nomenclature) cannot live in a bare Aquarium with items only at ground level. This is good (not the bare aspect though)for a Blue-Tongue with a STLI of .09, but NOT a PTS! If this is new news to you, please follow this advice.

Thank you for your attention,

Sincerely,
Brian
SFCRC
