Ive noticed that cresteds really need motion to get their hunting instinct going unlike leos who will eat from a bowl. Theres also that fact that leos tend to get addicted to wax worms and begin to refuse anything else, i would think this would be the same case with cresteds but since they also eat fruit i dont know for sure if it would be a problem. the only problem i see is getting the waxies to move enough to get the gecko to lunge for it.
