I have never had it happen to my crested geckos, but did with one of my leos. I keep all my geckos on paper towels, so there was no worry of it being dirty. A quick trip to the vet and it was teased back in. A stitch was placed at each corner of the vent to prevent it from everting again while it was still swollen. However before you spend the money on a vet visit, try a home remedy. Soak your gecko in a cool solution of sugar water. Add enough to the point were it is not dissolving anymore. The high concentrations should help to draw out the excess fluids, hopefully enough to the point were it will invert. I never had the chance to try this myself, but it should work as long as the hemipenis is not to swollen. It is at least worth a try before you make the vet visit. Good luck and try and take care of it ASAP.
