Worried sick (egg question)

Hi.
From the first clutch my chahoua laid this year only one egg was fertile.
I have incubated this egg in vermeculite at temperatures varying between 22 and 25 defrees Celcius (71.6 - 77 F).
I don't have an incubator at this point so I can't influence the temp very much. :o(
After 113 days of incubation the egg is still viable.
The egg weighs 3.2 grams.
In the rhac book it says 69-81 days of incubation for chahouas (at higher temp though).
I have never hatched rhac eggss in the past and I'm really worried sick for this egg.
How much longer can it take?
