Ah those are tiny. When you said sub-adults I was expecting animals around 6-7months. They are too young to see if high incubation temperatures affected them in anyway (i.e. growth rate, adult size, etc). You need to keep them for at least a year and feed them a diet with plenty of protein (excess fruit and not enough protein slows down growth) so you know that is not the cause of growth or other problems.
