First, all frogs are poisonous. Might not be dangerous to humans, but the gecko would be sharing a water dish with the frog. That could kill him straight up. Also, if I remember correctly, frogs need a very very high humidity that might not be great for even a humidity loving reptile like the crested. Also, I can see a crested just attacking a frog, or accidentally hurting it while hunting crickets. Additionally, frogs can have some nasty parasites and diseases that would be very easily transmitted. So.... not good! Cresteds just generally don't mix well with anything, and neither do frogs.
