Use goldbond foot powder. You can find it at most drug stores. Just sprinkle a TINY amount over the moldy area. It should get rid of most of it. However if the medium is to wet it will continue to come back. Soggy medium will also cause the eggs to absorb too much water and possibly drown the embryos. With vermiculite you want to add water then squeeze it until no more drips out. With perilite you want to add it 1:1 by weight.
And remember never ever throw eggs out, wait until they are shriveled up into little tiny raisins …because you never know =)
