In Reply to: Dang I\'m sorry I missed it. Oh well, NARB show is coming up posted by Tegan on September 24, 2002 at 18:36:35:

::it was Sept 15th at the Clariton Hotel (?) i think. there an iowa herptelogical society and im pretty sure their based out of des moines. they hold the show and they also do 3 or 4 reptile events a year, not sales show but something to do with iowa's natural herp fauna.

::ill give a link to their site

::the show wasnt much, mostly leos (what show isnt?) but there was some decent stuff there. baby azureas dart frogs, baby red eyes, leos of all sorts, corn snakes, pythons, beardies, giant day geckos, velvet geckos, tortises, some terrestial geckos that i didnt catch the name of (they were a bit out of my price range, 500 for a baby the size of a dime) all sorts of supplies.

::i believe the biggest company there was Great Plains Reptiles. Got my cresteds from them. The next closest show i believe is in Kanasas City probably was this past weekend or this coming up weekend, i dont recall which.
