It is not unusual for a first season gecko to lay an infertile clutch. The next batch should be fertile, if not it might be due to some other problem. You should also start studying some genetics Liz. Your babies should not really be bred together or back to their parents unless you are trying to breed a specific trait in or out of their genome. You would prob have to inbreed a few generations before you saw any problems, but it is generally healthier to introduce different bloodlines and keep genetic diversity. Just shop around and look for a similar looking gecko of the opposite sex =)
