some lukewarm water and soak the tip in it. This should losen up the dried shed. Then carefully take some tweezers and pull very slowly and gently. If it starts to catch soak some more. Do this and it should come off. Just go very slowly not to pull it's tail off. Hope this helps.
:My new crested who is prolly a hatchling has a piece of what looks like old shed skin on his tail. It's on the very tip, where it's usually sticky and helps in climbing and stuff. It doesn't seem to bother him much, but should I risk it and pull it off? Or just hope it comes off by itself? It's really dry and crusty looking.
