Yes, you can freeze your fruit(with meat baby food if that is the case)mix. It is perfectly fine to add your vitamin and minerals before freezing. This would be perticularly useful if you were following a recipe, either your own or someone elses, that calls for specific amounts. Possible degradation of the vitamins should only be a concern if you are freezing the mix for long periods of time (i.e many months).
