I rarely see a crestie on the top screen, all of those lights are blue bulbs (60W). The zoo Med bulbs that have a tendency to break for no reason. The hoods are also UV, so i either have a blue bulb on the cage or a hood. Also, since the hex tank is not well ventilated, It serves as my quarantine cage just in case any babies ever have trouble shedding I could really jack up the humidity in there. That cage has an energy saving 40W bulb that gets out alot of light with not too much heat. Needless to say between this set up and the 23 cages of brookesia and rhampholeon dwarf chameleons my roommate has, weve blown the breaker more than a few times =).
:I could'nt helpnoticeallthe lighting. Do your Cresteds avoid
the screen tops? What wattage bulbs do you use? Do you use night lighting? Red or blue?

::Behind the tanks in the front are two more cages, one with 0.2 and one with 6 clippings I took from a larger plant and potted in order to grow them for use. The hex in the fron has vines and sphagnum moss in a corner to keep humidity high. The two screened arboreal cages each have a large live plant and 0.3 ciliatus (and a water dish). The ones on either end contain my breeding pairs, in each 1.1 gecko, two small potted plants, a fake plant, a corner of moss and a piece of cork bark, plus water dishes and egg laying boxes. Hope this helps.
