:I know sandfire does not use crix, but what they use is not just baby food its a complete mixture which prob contains alot of protein among other things (i would be intrested whats in it for those that have it). If i remember right from a past reptiles mag, one of the major ingredients is Spirulina, which is one of the best natural sources of protein.

I copied this list from a post that Allen made when this forum first began. I haven't tried any of the crested diet myself, but it does sound great and I'm looking forward to it's release to distributors around mid-November. If you want to know a few more specifics, the actual post is waaay at the bottm and it's entitled: "does anyone know where I can find...". :)
