BGF, seeking some advice

I have some questions regarding boomslangs and thought you might be able to help since you've kept them for a while and have had numerous animals. I'm trying to determine if mine are getting ready to breed, courting, have already bred, or what. Just noticing some very strange behavior as well as my melanistic female changing colors (turning even more black).
