: I didn't force a live mouse down her throat. It was already dead in fact. The times I have seen if she would take a live mouse, I stayed there and supervised, so there was no possibility for the mouse to inflict serious injury.

I doubt anyone here thought you stuck a live mouse in her mouth, and I haven't got the faintest idea why you think anyone thought such a thing... but you did mention that you'd tried to feed her live mice, and it is this upon which Francis and Jeremy commented. And, as they mention, there is most definitely a possibility for a live mouse offered as food to inflict serious injury.
Additionally, I agree with Jeremy's assessment that it's more than a bit arrogant of you to portray yourself as an expert with valuable advice for all other Boiga dendrophila keepers when you've had a grand total of two weeks' experience with one of them... and, even worse, the one Boiga dendrophila you've had experience with is far from the norm when it comes to temperament, further reducing the applicability of your experience. I think you are incorrect in assuming that Jeremy's negativity was simply hostility in response to a `purely informative post' rather than being at least partly caused by the tone of your post.
