Flukers makes a good gut load. You can also use chicken layer mash. For veggies I find that the orange vegetables and leaf lettuce, not iceburg, are the best for moisture.
Leopard and fat tail geckos are from climate much too warm for MHDs. If you mixed them you would be compromising the health of both and would never meet the environmental needs of both species. It really isn't a good idea to mix species anyway. If you want more than one kind of reptile you should have a separate viv for each.
