T-REX bulbs had a 6 month limited guarantee thing on them...if they brunt out say, in 3 months, or just short of 6, you have to pay half of the original bulb cost and pay for shipping too...I could be wrong. It was for that reason I went with a powersun. Lemme know what you have to go through to get a new one, I am curious. THANX!

:Myka's UVB light burnt out yesterday after only eight months of use, there is a year long warrentee on these bulbs. What should I do? I got it at herpsupplies.com, should I just call them and request that another is sent to me for no charge? I've heard that a lot of people are having trouble with these bulbs...so should I save myself the trouble of using another one and go onto a different brand? I know that newer ones with similar advantages have come out since I got Myka. Any advice would help! Wendy :)
