:Thanks Gary, I was thinking they were but wanted confirmation. And, it looks like I saw 5 but there were only 3. Some double pics of the first two. These are the endangered guys eh? You'd have never known it by their attitude. :) The sad part is they were next to a frequently used dirtbike trail.
:I have not seen any squished yet but I am sure it happens.


:The Coast Horned Lizards, the San Diego Coast Horned Lizards included, are Species of Special Concern both State and Federal. The HLs do frequent fire-break and utility roads as well as other trails because of increased ant activity. Lester G. Milroy III
