:Your best bet is to go out and collect different ants and experiment. There are several dozen ant species in that area that HLs will/can eat. Just take some time to do some research. What good would pictures do if the detail is something you are not familiar with in identification? Sometimes it takes hours to ID an ant species and that is why I suggested that you collect some samples and send them to me for a better identification. (Me or Gordon would be a good source) That or you can take in some samples to one of several of the University biology labs in your area. Lester G. Milroy III
