Out of every clutch there will always be a few that were not meant to survive. I have a hard time believing that 8 hatchlings have some genetic anomalies that keep them from eating, it is most likely husbandry related.
Take them to a vet, they can administer a vit B-12 shot to stimulate their appetite, and possibly tube feed them a calorie supplement to keep them from starving.
As a last resort, GIVE them to another snake person and let them try. BTW, freezing is no longer a professionally accepted practice, they should be euthanized by a vet.
