Michael, hopefully someone else can point you toward a competent herp vet in your area. I would strongly discourage you from shotgunning with any meds at this point without a proper diagnosis. Those symptoms could be any number of conditions. In the meantime make sure your husbandry is correct, with the "preferred optimal temperature" provided to keep his immune system functioning as well as it can. He is likely dehydrated as well. Rather then force feeding I would try to gently get some fluids (diluted pedialyte) into him. Good luck with the vet visit.
