::I'm not an amphibian expert, but generally tapeworms are treated with praziquantal for reptiles which can usually be obtained at feed & supply stores. Dosage has to be extremely accurate with amphibians due to sensitivity. Due to the large burden of these parasites, "'coughing-up worms'", I would highly suggest to have a vet that is familiar with amphibians check-out the problem; otherwise, the dead remains that are expelled orally or intestinally, can be fatal. It will probably take longer than usual to rid this high quantity of parasites.
Sounds like Nematodes to me, "tapeworms" generally reside in the large intestine/colon and are not routinely "coughed up". Tapes are also usually "flat=like tape", hence the name. Bets bet is powdered Panacur (fenbendazole), I've usedit ws a "shake and bake with crickets" 1-2 cricketr coated would be plenty, repeat in 2 weeks. FYI fenbendazole has a very wide safety margin due to it's poor adsorption (hence it stays in the GI tract, studies with mammals indicate 100X dose usually isn't harmful = very safe). It's RX product check with your vet - they use it with dogs especially.
