There really is no set % on humidity. I've kept them at 40-100% relative humidity, but you just have to get a feel for it. They are more tolerable than they are given credit for........if captive bred. A good way to judge is to spray in the afternoon, and if the cage is dry in a few hours, there is not enough humidity. If you spray and it's still wet the next morning, there should be more ventilation. The cage should be allowed to dry out by the next morning. Heavy condensation on the glass or sides of the cage mean too much moisture, which can be harmful. You'll get the hang of it. Good luck.
