:Going herping late this afternoon, I'm hoping to find some southern ringnecks! I have no luck with those; every time I find one, I have no way to take it back home! I'm lucky enough to live on an island that has colonies of american crocodiles and basilisks (though of course I'd never try to catch either one). We also have a few rattlesnakes, water moccasins, green iguanas, and some big black racers.

:There's a species of skink here that's large (maybe a foot and half long?) and a beautiful shiny blue and green. Some are indigo. Any idea what it is?

:I also found a bizarre little snake once that I thought was a worm at first. It was sort of grey-silver and did not appear to have any eyes. It was maybe four or five inches long. Any ideas?

:Thanks!

its a blind snake
i have them at my house
