Some questions about Cottons...

Hello, I have had a conanti for the past 3-4 weeks. When I first acquired him, he was around 8 inches long and a tiny bit undernourished. Since I have had him he has eaten three hoppers, and easily grown an inch. Also he now looks a little plumper, and appears to be thriving. Now that I know he is maintainable, I feel the need to go through the rigors of worming. How do you go about this? Also what kind of housing methods do you use on these guys? How big would you say he should be in a year? Essentially just want to know your experience with these wonderful snakes!
