I have only used Dr. Bruce once. He surgically amputated a prolapsed hemipene on one of my kingsnakes (was beyond the point where it could be reinserted). I was very happy with him. He was very friendly and seemed very knowledgable. I also thought the cost of the procedure and exam were very reasonable. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend him.
