Now come on, do you really think my pen produced 25 babies without having adequate water supply? :) There are two big terra cotta pans in the pen, though from the angle the picture is taken, you can't see them because of the plants and grass.
They really don't need a fancy water system with a pump and all that stuff. A shallow pool to drink from and soak in is more than adequate. Plus I hose down the entire pen every other day to keep things moist, including the turtles themselves. It also rains here pretty often.
