Fungus growing in my cultures.

Homer is probably right that you can salvage it. I'm a retired cliinical microbiologist and we are always forced to err on the safe side, since some of the fungal pathogens are a serious threat to a hospital environment, immune compromised patients and often ourselves. So I've become somewhat of a marionette about this protocol. But that is't what you are dealing with here. If it is blue, it is most likely one of the penicilliums--the bread molds that are everywhere anyway. You got more than your simple question called for. I apologize. Patty
