Ballooning up, slime and mucus, opening jaw to yawn
....Probably shedding!!

Shedding their skins is a natural part of a frog's life, and nothing to worry about.

A lot of people never see their frogs molting (Molting is the proper name for the periodic shedding of skin or hair) and it can look very unusual if you do get to see it.

The frog might:

puff up in size like a balloon
open their mouths as if they are yawning
be covered with slime/mucus
wipe mucus on the glass of the tank
drag their arms and legs over their bodies

Frogs shed their skins frequently. It can be every other day when they are growing and monthly when older. They usually eat the shedded skin.
