The 'League of Florida Herpetological Societies' is both a coalition of herpetological societies in Florida and the name of the League's monthly newsletter. The member societies promote interest in herpetology, including research, conservation, proper husbandry, and captive breeding. The newsletter contains news of the member societies and articles of general interest on reptiles and amphibians, particularly in North America. Small grants are provided for some research and conservation projects.

If you would like to become a member and receive and the 'League of Florida Herpetological Societies' monthly newsletter,

Please contact Doreen E. Saccardo for more information.
