This animal was produced by
adults collected somewhere in the central highlands of Irian Jaya.
She was a red baby and has blossomed into a beautiful blue
and green animal. She went through a color shift that involved
very little of the dark pigment highland animals have
become known for, but she turned out to be a real stunner.

2004/2005:
Sarlo
was cycled and paired with Verde,
a Merauke that is sibling to Linnaeus
and Haley
and has a 50% chance of carrying the albino gene. She
produced a fertile clutch in March that successfully
hatched in late April of 2005.
