"Nowling"

ID #: MV.SH01061

Produced by Gary Sipperly, this female comes from a very legendary lineage. She is the progeny of animals with genetic ties to the Sedgewick County zoo in Kansas ...the first facility to successfully accomplish captive propagation of tree pythons in captivity. She was a red hatchling and we are hoping she will be featured prominently in the albino project.

SIDE NOTE:

We affectionatle refer to Nowling as the "Volleyball Chondro", as she weighs in at an astounding 2400 grams. In my years of keeping tree pythons I've not seen another animal that was as impressive in regard to size. Of course, it doesn't hurt that she's beautiful either!

BREEDING NEWS: Nowling bred to Linnaeus in the fall of 2004 and laid a clutch of 34 eggs in mid-March 2005. 8 of the eggs were fertile and hatched successfully on May 11, 2005. The babies have a 50% chance of being het. for albino.
