Aru-type
animals are quite awe-inspiring. Large amounts of white
arranged along the mid-dorsal line, blue highlights, and
a deep green background provide for a truly impressive
animal. We acquired "Night" from a fellow
hobbyist as a four year old female. Although she doesn't
display exceptional amounts of white, she does have the
"Aru green" that is the stuff of legend. We
hope to incorporate her into the albino project. |

UPDATE:
On March 23, 2005 Night laid a clutch of 29 fertile eggs.
The clutch was sired by Linnaeus
, the father of the first albino chondro. Night bred throughout November and December of 2004 and January of
2005 and ovulated in February of 2005.
