A nice quiet little meeting. There were two animals:
Tony, the Honduran Milksnake, what a beauty! Love those colors! :)
and The Road Snake, bigger and prettier than ever. There was an effort made this year to breed her, however she remained true to her roots and bit her potential boyfriend as a preparation for dinner... and he eventually died of the bite. Something important must have gotten punctured inside. :( So she remains unbred.
Charlie had been to the Daytona show, the National Reptile Breeder's Expo. He commented that the show could have been called The Ball Python Show, as the show was full of them - not a normal in the lot, all fancies with fancy prices, table after table of them. Also overwhelmingly represented were Leopard Geckos... again, all fancy morphs.
