From the first meeting in 2004
March 25

We are looking for a new club president. Charlie says he's been doing it forever and it's time for a change and new blood. I'm not sure the rest of us really agree as he has been a popular club president, plus he has good connections with the wider herping world.

The North Carolina Herpetological Society is having its spring meeting in the Asheville area during April - the weekend of the 24th. Keep abreast of the latest info on this through their website.

Please note: If you come to their meetings, DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS WITH YOU. They do not bring their herps to the meetings.

I missed photographing the beautiful Beardie. :( Sorry about that. Also meant to get the Littlest Herper! She's really grown over the winter, lovely child. :)

Peton went with me to the meeting, but spent the evening draped over my shoulders, so didn't get photographed.
