Terms and Conditions

• All animals are guaranteed to be in outwardly good health and condition, properly sexed, and voluntarily feeding.
• Unless prior agreement has been made.
• If you are not completely satisfied with the animal(s) you must notify us within 48 hours of arrival in order to receive an adjustment.  We reserve the right to replace the animal(s) with like kind or refund your money.  In the event of a return, you will be responsible for all expenses required to properly return the animal(s).
• All reptiles will be prepaid by you via personal or company check, money order, bank check, cashier's check or bank wire. Checks must be payable to Envy Reptiles and must clear prior to shipping.
• All reptiles will be shipped VIA Delta Dash to your nearest airport unless otherwise arranged in advance. You pay shipping charges included in prepayment. We also offer UPS next day service directly to your door without the hassle of picking it up at your airport. Due to current UPS policy, there is no live arrival guarantee with this service. Saturday deliveries are available for an additional $10.00 fee above the normal rates. Live arrival guarantees apply only to animals shipped via the airlines.
• All reptiles will be guaranteed to arrive alive if picked up within four (4) hours of flight arrival and if the temperature is between 40 and 85 degrees F.. No guarantees for shipments delayed or lost by carrier.
