Jack, December 2004 Jack has been with us for about 2 months now. He is
a very small juvenile/older hatchling. He is gorgeous, but still very
untame. He is looking for a home that can dedicate a lot of time to
taming him. Jack, June 2005 update Jack has been in his foster home for about 4 months now
and is becoming more tame. He is still available for adoption. Jack, March 2006 update Jack has now been fostered for 1 1/2 years- but
unfortunately his foster parent will be headed off to college soon, so it
would be great to get him into a permanent home soon! |

Luche, February 2004 Luche is a 22 month old iguana (Oct., 2004) that was
handled daily by his former owner's children. We are not sure if Luche
is a male or female yet, but s/he is eating well and settling in with us. Luche, December 2004 UPDATE Still doing well! Luche, May 2005 update Luche has had quite a few adventures in the last few
months, and has grown a ton! She unfortunately lost 12" of her tail this
February when she got herself stuck on one of her free-roaming adventures.
Her tail is growing back and she is eating extremely well! Luche, March 2006 update Luche is still available for adoption and is
currently in a foster home. She will hopefully tame down with more one on one
attention. Her tail has grown back quite a lot and she enjoys hanging out
with the other lizards. Pip, Luche and Moe Dec 2005 Luche 2005 |

Naja December, 2003 As you can see, Naja has scars all over her trunk and legs
and some secondary infections. She came to us very constipated, with
many lesions and appeared to be quite painful. She is getting soaked
and medicated daily to help her heal. February 2005, Naja Update Today, Naja is pigging out and healing. She is
settling into her IRN foster home nicely. She has mellowed out a bit
and spends most of her time basking and lounging. Oct. 2004 UPDATE Naja is doing very well and is ready to be adopted! Naja, December, 2004 UPDATE Naja is doing very well and has gained a bit of
weight. She enjoys a little hide and seek now and then, but has become
a very mellow girl. Naja, April, 2005 UPDATE Naja has moved into a larger cage and is doing well. She
has moved back into the large ig room and enjoys free roaming very much. She
is just waiting for her forever home-- and ready to move on! Naja, March 2006 update: Naja has recently visited PetCo in Maplewood but still has
not found her forever home. She is still doing well... and we all adore her
at IRN but we are hoping she finds a permanent home soon. |

Guapo, May 2005 Guapo is an older male iguana (>12) who is stunted
because early in life he suffered from MBD. He has had a few incidences of
acute renal failure, but otherwise he is doing very well for a senior iguana.

Pepe March, 2006 Pepe is a former classroom iguana who is a very
handsome large and humorous male iguana. He is still growing quite a bit as a
young adult and is currently in his breeding season. |
Carmen December, 2005 As you can see from the above picture, Carmen
appears to be quite gravid. Since December she has resorbed her eggs and lost
some of her orange coloring. She is doing well and is avaiable for adoption. |
Gertrude Gertie is a very sweet female iguana. She was the
first star at the Maplewood Petco and has been with us since August of 2005. |
