I ship all snakes out upon full payment unless other arrangements have been made.I usually don't require deposits on anything unless its going to be in high demand and low numbers are going to be produced.If there is a deposit and I can't deliver the animals as predicted then there will be a 100% refund coming your way.If I am holding a deposit and produce the animals, you will be given a sixty day notice to pay the balance in full or you will forfeit your deposit and your spot on the list.


Shipping
I live hundreds of miles away from any airport so I use the postal service express,u.p.s,or airborne express..If you live in the western states its there overnight otherwise its two days.I use heat packs in the winter and cold packs in the summer.I don't charge anything for the boxes or heat/cold packs.My shipping is a flat $30.00 for u.s.p.s.,or $40.00 if i use u.p.s or airborne.So the more snakes you order the cheaper they are.I would say if you are looking to buy a $25.00 snakes its not worth it after paying $30.00 for the shipping.

I don't guarantee live arrival do to the carriers sometimes being slow or misplacing boxes.If they show up and are alive and die within two weeks then I will replace the animal or give you credit towards something else.I always do my best to make sure the welfare of the animal is met(heat packs cold packs styro boxes etc....)but sometimes things just happen.If you purchase a snake or snakes from me and they show up in great condition and you (for whatever reason)decide you don't want them ,you can send them back at your cost for a exchange or credit only.
