Officer’s terms are for one (1) year with a maximum of two (2) consecutive terms. Director’s terms are for two (2) years with a maximum of three consecutive terms. There will be a maximum of fifteen (15) and no less than seven (7) Directors. Maximum term limitations can be over-ridden with a majority vote of a quorum of the Board of Directors.
