They probably have more room with you, I had them in a rack system. Its the juvinals that I keep in the 6' setup.
I would have to recomend using bone-aid, calci-sand, or paper-towels. I used playsand for two years without trouble, but had two gravid females with impactions this season, so Im afraid to use it again. I have a friend who uses sand in a large tank, and covers the sand with a thin layer of bone-aid. Saves on the expensive stuff, but still fills the tank!
I have 1 or 2 normal juvi males left. I have a bunch of high yellow juvie and sub adult males left, and one or two normal juvie females.
I am puting the last adult fem on as much food as she will take, so she will hopefully put on a little more weight for you.
I really want to go to Dr. Cash, but my husband taught there one year, and went to war with the principal there. (Mrs. Saenz) He wont go near her.
I may try to go with a friend, Ill let you know if it works out.
