I can tell you that heat makes the eggs develop much faster than they do in cooler places. My wood frog tadpoles that i hatched indoors from eggs hatched and are already about 1-2 inches long, and the ones out in the woods (cooler temps) are barely one inch. Light/heat is very beneficial but I would not give them constant light. You could even just put them in natural sunlight if it is possible, it really speeds up their development.
