well don't fill the water all the way up, leave about an inch from the lid, so they can go up for air.

African dwarf frogs are fully aquatic frogs, if they are out of the water for long they will dry out and die!

You wouldn't have to change the water everday, maybe 2-3 weeks, if you don't overfeed them.
BTW what are u planning to feed them?
