My frill has an indentation on the lower left side of his body. He was previously emaciated and dehydrated(he still is partially, but on the mend). Is that part shrunken inwards due to a lack of muscle or a decrease in the size of a certain organ? This skin on this area seems to be burned and the pattern of his striping is compressed and squished. Could he have been previously injured is it due to his emaciation?

thanks to those who have helped me
