Chuck eggs do incubate in a very dry state in the wild. If you're basing the dryness on a comparison to other eggs like bearded dragons, igs, or others like that, they need to be much drier. Most eggs can just be put in totally moistened vermiculite without any problems, but it will kill chuck eggs guaranteed. Trust me.
