The pictures actually have to be posted on a web server and cannot be uploaded from you hard drive.

The easiest way is to sign up for a free account with kingsnake and post your pictures from there. Then you don't even need a URL. You just selection your image from the photo gallery in the toolbar below.

If your pictures are extremely large Kingsnake's free account may be too small and you'll have to upgrade.
